Shipping details

• Your item/s will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

• Tracking information will be available for every delivery.

• All prices include the donation to the organisation as specified.

• Customs charges may occur for international sales. Please be aware of this when making a larger purchase as it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay any import/customs fees required.

Refunds/exchange

A refund or exchange (where applicable) is done on a case-by-case basis, given that a percentage of each purchase is donated. Please send an email to discuss this process. If your return is accepted, instructions will be sent as to how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
